During July and August, the gîtes are rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Outside July and August shorter periods and other arrival and departure days are also possible. The above rates are the rental price for one week (7 overnight stays). Send us a message for more info on shorter/longer stays.

I N C L U D E D

• the final cleaning. We ask you to leave the holiday home tidy at the end of your stay;
• water, electricity, heating and internet;
• bed, bath and kitchen linen. For stays of several weeks, the linen is changed weekly. Extra change is possible for a fee (see optional)

E X C L U S I V E

Tourist tax. For 2025, the tax is set at 2% of the rent, plus 10% extra departmental tax, with a maximum of 1,90 euro/night/adult. More information and a calculation tool can be found on the website www.paysriberacois.taxesejour.fr (en attente de classement).

O P T I O N A L

• high chair and cod, including bed linen and towels: 25,00 euro weekly;
• stay of an extra person: 125,00 euro weekly. Some gîtes are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate an extra bed;
• extra change of bed linen: 25.00 euro/double bed, 22.00 euro/single bed;
• extra bath towels: 9.00 euro/set (1 large and 1 small towel and 2 flannels);
• stay of one to a maximum of two dogs: 35.00 euro + 20.00 euro for a second dog;
• use of the washing machine: 5.00 euros including detergent.

The caution is refunded AFTER the final cleaning; within a week afther the stay.

D O G S    C O N D I T I O N S

• the dog's stay has to be booked in advance;
• a maximum of 2 dogs per gîte;
• other guests should not be disturbed by the presence of your dog;
• no dogs in the bedrooms and inside the pool enclosure;
• we ask to bring a blanket to protect the sofa;
• supplement: 35,00 euro + 20,00 euro for the second dog.

P O O L

The pool is heated to 26°C from mid-May to mid or late septembre, depending on weather conditions. For short stays of a few days, this is not guaranteed unless simultaneous long stays are planned.

P A Y M E N T   T E R M S

• 25% advance payment at reservation;
• payment of the balance 1 month before arrival;
• receipt of the deposit no later than 2 working days before arrival.

In the case of cancellation, the sums paid will be refunded completely, in condition that other guests book the same accommodation.
